Words of the Day

enimens. No, it’s not what it looks like. How about if I write it this way: n-i-mens

Yeah, that probably doesn’t help.

Lil’bug has been pronouncing it like this for oh, about a year and a half. It doesn’t matter how many times I reply with ‘m&ms, would you like some m&ms?’ She still asks for en-i-mens.

absurd: Scout used it correctly in a sentence on our way home from basketball practice. What’s absurd is a fifth grader using the word ‘absurd.’

  1. Short Stack cracks me up in the same way. He has a huge vocabulary and uses it well and yet he will mispronounce the most fantastic stuff too. The best one at the moment is “Kazert”. That’s what he gets if h finished his dinner.

Short Stack loves m&m’s too! Maybe Lil’bug and Short Stack can get together and he can share some of his enimens for Kazert.
